Who is @prdude?

prdude I am prdude. I was born from Twitter and my mission is to tweet and blog about the real life experiences of PR professionals from dealing with the tyrannical media to unreasonable clients to delusional bosses. I’d like to think of this as a service to the PR industry and the majority of its talented professionals (ya know who you are!) to keep their lives sane and grounded. I believe the essence of prdude can be found in every PR pro whether you are a freelancer, agency executive, or in-house representative.  I do what I do anonymously to make sure that my rants in tweets and posts are honest and uncensored to a certain degree. Not to mention the fear of getting fired if the powers that be find out who’s behind prdude. I’d love to hear from my fellow PR peeps/tweeps here and on Twitter (@prdude).  You can also send me a friend request on Facebook. I am prdude and so are you.
