I couldn't agree more! Whenever PR people start to engage in social media they always ask the wrong questions. They are thinking tactically not strategically. Instead of saying, "Let's start a blog!" We should be saying, "How can social media help us accomplish our goals? How will blogging help me interact and build relationships with my customers?"

The saddest part is while many are enthusiastic about social media (even if they are asking the wrong questions) there are still a lot more who never give it a thought.
